Trays for both children and parents with a large storage basket as well as 3-tier extended canopy with the ability to peek through the window for maximum sun protection.
The Cloud scored one of the lowest scores in our tests of quality because it has a weak seat, made of hard plastic, and a design which feels dated. It's also more expensive than other strollers with lighter weights and is therefore not a good choice when you're looking for an economical alternative.
Although it's not the tiniest double stroller, it has enough features to be worth considering. Its swiveling front wheel makes it easy to move on flat surfaces, and it can leap over curbs with little effort, unlike many other lightweight strollers that drift off course when trying to accomplish the similar thing. The Cloud's low handle is a problem however, as it's at knee level and isn't adjustable. It's not easy to push when your legs hang like that. And the absence of padding does not make it any easier.
During testing, we found that the Cloud was easy to set up and opened. To close it, it's a bit more difficult. You need to slide the slider before you press a large white button. This can be frustrating especially if you're trying to manage kids while doing it.
The Cloud comes with a small but deep storage basket. It's big enough to fit the size of a large diaper bag. The basket is small and you might have to store something inside to reach the back. The Cloud comes with an adult tray and a child tray, each with two cup holders. Both are too narrow for larger cups or bottles.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS
Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS is a lightweight and minimalist double stroller that's perfect to travel with. It's light at 18 lbs (lighter than many single strollers!) and it folds flat for easy transportation and storage. It also has independently reclined seats and large all-weather SPF50 sun visors with peekaboo windows and extra-large under seat storage bags. The visors can be adjusted to accommodate kids of different heights. Plus, it has a one step linked parking brake that is Disney-sized approved.
The swivel wheel feature of Jeep is also ideal for maneuvering over bumps and uneven terrain. However, this stroller doesn't accept car seats, so your little ones must be 6+ months old and have solid neck control to be able to ride in the front seat. The stroller comes with an umbrella sun canopy with three panels and each seat comes with its own cupholder and snack tray.
Another stroller that is extremely light is the Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend. It's a little heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 lbs, but it's slim and narrow (26.5 inches wide!) It has a lot of exquisite features that make it perfect for travel. It folds up easily and very easy to move around. It also is easily able to fit in overhead compartments as well as the trunks of planes.
Similar to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double and Mountain Buggy Nano Duo, the Joovy Kooper X2 is another tri-fold, ultralight double stroller. It's pretty similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS, however, it has some distinct distinctions. It's more expensive but has a better sun canopy and more maneuverability. It has a convenient carrying strap and can accommodate children weighing up to 44 pounds per seat.
Summer 3D Pac CS+ for infants
If you're looking for a stroller that's light in weight but also packed with features, look no further than Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It's not only crazy lightweight at 13 lbs, but it has plenty of storage in the form of child and parent cup holders, a sippy-cup for the child pocket and a parent storage pocket and more. It can also be used with the car seat of a child and has an easy-to-engage brake that can be used flip-flop. It's designed to evolve with your children from a baby stroller to a toddler stroller simply by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children 6 months of age and up.
